I do an initial assessment either in person or virtual. I want to know everything I can about you, your goals and where your body is currently at.  Nutrition clients are no different! A thorough discovery comes first, then I program to best suit your needs.

Together we come up with a plan that’s right for you! In our planning we’ll discuss time, frequency, virtual, programming and budget.
