Our customized services include personalized calorie goals, macro distribution, food recommendations, and suitable substitutions based on the type of training day. Whether it's a high-intensity workout or a recovery session, we provide comprehensive guidance to meet the athlete's nutritional needs effectively.

How Much Does It Cost To Work With Coach J?

Combat Sports Nutrition at Coach J Boxing & Fitness is structured around a minimum commitment of 8 weeks, tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete. Our comprehensive program extends far beyond the typical duration, with most camps falling within the 6-12 week range. It's important to note that sports such as grappling, with the challenge of frequent competitions and day-of weigh-ins, may require shorter-term programming.

  • Duration: Minimum commitment of 12 weeks

  • Cost: $1050.00 CND

  • Inclusions:
